Saint Bart's Women's Prayer Group is organized to bring people together though Christ and membership in His family. As women we want to have fellowship while growing closer to Christ and encourage spiritual growth through praying together. Saint Bart's Men's Prayer Group calls all men to prayer, not only as individuals, but together. God needs all of His soldiers to take their place in the matching army of the Lord. The Men’s Prayer Group is a series of intentional and committed prayer efforts that focus on the heavenly realm for men and their families, friends, neighborhoods, churches, communities, and the body of Christ. Please join us in prayer, every Wednesday at 7:45 am in the Media Center! All are welcome!
Eucharistic Adoration is an act of thanksgiving and worship to Jesus Christ, Lord and Savior, truly present in the Holy Eucharist. In every Mass the Catholic faith teaches that the bread and wine are changed into the Body and Blood of Jesus Christ at the Consecration. Eucharistic Adoration begins following Friday 8 a.m. Mass and concludes at 8:00 p.m.

Second Harvest happens every 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month. There is a group of us that meet at the main drop off for the area at the First Presbyterian Church, W 25th St. San Mateo. We meet in the church parking lot at 7:30 am. The tractor trailer is unloaded into the vehicles for distribution along with the St Barts truck. The second drop off is at St Barts around 8:30am where the truck is unloaded into 6 volunteer vehicles for distribution. This occurs in the Music Room parking lot. In all we service 40+/- households. The contact person is parishioner Mary Joe, who is the liaison between Second Harvest and St Barts. Her contact info is [email protected] and phone is 650-740-0347. It would be helpful to provide a request form for food aidA parishioner request for food aid from Second Harvest as these are processed through their office and our list is updated.
Without the Brown Bag Program, many seniors in San Mateo and Santa Clara counties would be extremely isolated and at increased risk for undernourishment and illness. Buying nutritious food, is often last on their list. Every fourth Wednesday of the month, Saint Bart's preps Brown Bags to distribute food to our peers. Come join us!
